Waterfox’s governance has allowed it to do something no other fork has (and likely will not do) - trust from other large, imporant third parties which in turn has given Waterfox users access to protected streaming services via Widevine.

That has not at all been our lived experience so far.

Every week it seems like there is a new AI feature snuck in that we have to tell each other about and disable.

It’s funny, in the late 2010s, I met some ‘programmers’ who said they just searched Stack Overflow for code to copy for doing their jobs and that programming was easy. These same people now just use AI do do their shit jobs.

At least with stack overflow you had the chance to learn something.
