“Woody, part of a group called Cut the Ties to Fossil Fuels and dressed in the grim reaper costume, told the Guardian he had come “dressed as Big Oil”…

“”Big Oil’s tentacles reach across through many industries, and it’s those enablers of the fossil fuel industry that, as a movement, Cut the Ties to Fossil Fuels, target.”

“He said it was important to unite on the left and work together, which is something the right tend to do well “despite having massive differences”.

“”It’s a numbers game in a way. This is really important to send a message. So I’m really excited about being here today and being part of a much bigger thing.”

Mixing but only to a certain extent. Animals including humans are naturally altruistic toward their relatives. The biological purpose is to promote their genes. That’s the reason Scots form clans. Some ethnic mixing is good because different ethnic groups have genes that other groups might not have but this should not reach a point where an ethnic group’s identity is wiped out because of mixing. Think of the Olympic flag which has 5 rings The rings overlap but only partially. North Korea is poor not because of ethnonationalism but poor government. China, Japan, and Russia are examples of homogeneous societies which are doing well.

Sanctions surely have nothing to do with poverty in sanctioned nations.

Anyway, DPRK seems to be doing well, despite USA interference.

I don’t think North Korea’s economy is doing well but the important point is that many countries which are ethnically homogeneous do well such as Russia, China, Japan, and even South Korea.
