Stephen Miller has erupted at “blatant jury nullification” after a Los Angeles tow truck driver was acquitted of stealing an ICE vehicle in the latest embarrassment for Donald Trump’s Justice Department.
Bobby Nuñez, 33, was charged with theft of government property after towing away a locked ICE SUV—with its keys and firearm secured inside—during a chaotic immigration arrest in downtown Los Angeles on Aug. 15.
Video from the scene showed federal agents chasing the truck as it pulled away, before arresting Nuñez and leading him away in handcuffs.

If I had a nickel for every time he has “melted down…”
It’s one of the few times that it isn’t a media exaggeration though. This guy really does have frequent toddler-style whining yelling meltdowns. It’s really funny to watch the videos.
I imagine that even the people that are on his side ideologically - maybe even right there in the room when he’s making one of his little podium-pounding speeches - are laughing at him behind his back.
He has so much “do you know who my Daddy is?” energy. I knew so many little twerps like this in school.
I’m thinking this guy didn’t get punched right in his face enough times when he was growing up (or maybe not ever) - he was probably always mouthing off but maybe never had to cash a check that his big mouth was writing.
Agreed, I guess I shouldn’t have quoted the “melted down” because it does seem like it was directed at the media’s phrasing, but I actually meant every time he has melted down.
