    Can’t see this being a problem at all, once Congress is all MAGATs they’ll vote to dissolve it, the courts won’t fight it and the US will no longer be a liberal democracy. /s

    Andrew Jackson was a fucking piece of shit, but he was right about the SCOTUS’s lack of inherent enforcement capability.
